Columbina
The circus's sixth member, dead before the game begins. Everything Pierrot and Harlequin do to each other traces back to her.

The narrative catalyst
Also known as: The Angel · Nina · Nana
Columbina never appears as a living character in the current build, and she is still the most important person in it. She is the reason the troupe survived their imprisonment, the reason Pierrot cannot be near Harlequin, and the subject of two separate in-game accounts that do not agree with each other. She is also the single clearest example of why this site tags its facts: almost everything worth knowing about her comes from developer AMAs, not from the game.

Relationships
Harlequin
In gameHe killed her, and the rest of the troupe ate her afterwards.
Jester
In gameHe urged the others to tear her apart and eat once Harlequin had started — his stated reasoning was that they could not break out of their prison while starving.
Pierrot

The Doctor
Creator confirmedShe taught him that medicine could be made from plants, which is where his interest in herbs began.
The Ticket Taker
Creator confirmedShe thought of him as kind and considerate.
